Review the single post-purchase offer and the Order Edit behavior behind Thank You and Order Status additions.
- V1 uses one fixed post-purchase offer with up to five products, candidate strategies, discount, shipping mode, badges, components, and a 1–60 minute timer.
- Accept, decline, retry, payment-required, and result-unknown states are part of the runtime flow.
- Thank You and Order Status share recommendation configuration and can add items to the original order through Shopify Order Edit.
- Order edits can return a payment URL. Do not promise that every acceptance is payment-free or immediately complete.
Verify before publishing
This article is based on an implementation review. Shopify plan, extension placement, discount settlement, and order events still require a real development-store test.
