Confirm identity before importing
Compare the supplier reference, product title, variants, images and the store product you may already have. A similar title is not enough evidence that two records are different.
Keep new work in drafts
Use a draft area to review descriptions, media, variants and pricing before a product reaches the storefront. The draft gives a merchant time to remove duplicate candidates and fix missing details.
Choose update or create
When identity matches an existing product, update that record. Create a new listing only when the product is genuinely distinct and the difference is understandable to the customer. Record the reason so the next refresh does not repeat the decision.
Publish with a final check
- One store product has one clear identity.
- Variants are grouped under the correct product.
- Images and descriptions describe the same item.
- Margin and availability have been reviewed.
