Shipping problems often become visible only after several customers complain. A short weekly review gives the team a chance to see repeated patterns earlier.
Start with exception counts
Review Exception, Delivery Failure, Expired, and Not Found orders. Compare the counts by carrier and destination so one difficult route does not stay hidden inside the total.
Look at time, not only volume
A busy carrier is not automatically a risky carrier. Transit time and dwell time show where orders are waiting longer than expected.
Compare tracking data with support questions
Some customers ask for updates even when carrier events are normal. That may point to a missing tracking-page link or a notification that does not explain the current stage.
Export one repeatable weekly view
BestTrack can export the current page, selected waybills, filtered results, or all waybills. Use the same filters each week so the review stays easy to repeat.
Keep the review to four questions
Which exception increased? Which carrier or destination repeated? Which orders had the longest dwell time? What did customers ask most often?
