Customers do not need a longer tracking page. They need to recognize their order, understand the latest event, and know whether they need to act.
Put the page on the store domain
BestTrack serves the customer tracking page under the Shopify store domain at /apps/bestrack. Merchants can add a named link to the main menu, footer menu, or both.
Support two common lookup paths
Customers can search by tracking number or by order number plus email. The second path is useful when a customer remembers the purchase but cannot find the carrier number.
Keep the result understandable
Tracking results can include multiple packages, carrier data, milestones, raw events, and product details. The page supports English, Simplified Chinese, French, Spanish, and German, with English fallback for unsupported languages.
Test real orders before launch
Check a delivered order, an in-transit order, and an exception order in each key market. Confirm that the language switch keeps the result and that the latest event remains clear.
Run a five-order language check
Choose five real orders from your main markets. Open the tracking page from the store domain, switch languages, and write down the first question a customer might still ask.
